Loan terms

Loan purpose

for the purchase, construction, completion of construction, extension, reconstruction and adaptation of a property or for refinancing active housing loans of other banks that are 12 months in repayment already.

Loan amount

- for renovation: from EUR 10.000 to EUR 40.000

- for other purposes: from EUR 10.000 to EUR 75.000

Maturity

- up to 15 years for adaptation and refinancing of loan taken for adaptation

- up to 25 years for other purposes

Interest rate

For refinancing:

- 6M EURIBOR + 3,30%, variable, annual, for all clients

For other purposes:

6M EURIBOR + 3,30%, variable, annual, for clients of the Bank *

6M EURIBOR + 4,95%, variable, annual, for other clients

*Individual receiving salary or pension via current account in Vojvođanska banka

Personal income

Minimum EUR 200 in dinar equivalent value at the official middle exchange rate of the NBS for EUR.

Down payment

- Minimum 10% if collateral is a mortgage on a property not subject to purchase

- Minimum 20% if collateral is a mortgage on a property being purchased

- Minimum 10% for loans taken for the purpose of construction, completion of construction, extension, reconstruction and renovation

- Without down payment for loans taken for the purpose of refinancing housing loans

Loan repayment is done is equal monthly installments, by personally depositing funds, via standing order or through Administrative prohibition.

Security instruments

- Mortgage of I and II rank (if mortgage is set up in favor of Vojvođanska banka),

- Insurance policy on the property

- Promissory note

- Life insurance policy (optional, at the client’s request) except in specific situations where it is mandatory

- Administrative prohibition (except for foreign pensioners)
