SUSPENSION OF REPAYMENT OF LIABILITIES

In order to preserve financial stability amid potential risks caused by the emergency health situation in the country, by the Decision on Temporary Measures for Preserving Financial System Stability (Official Gazette no. 033/2020) the National Bank of Serbia has obligated banks to offer their clients - debtors suspension of debt payments (moratorium) within three days from entry into force of the stated NBS Decision.
In line with the obligation stated in the NBS Decision, and in acknowledging the reasons for the need to introduce facilities in repayment of liabilities due to declared emergency state, Vojvođanska banka a.d. Novi Sad (hereinafter: the Bank), by publishing on the webpage of the Bank on 20.03.2020 refers the following offer for introducing suspension (moratorium) of repayment of liabilities::

The offer applies to natural persons, farmers, entrepreneurs and companies (hereinafter: Clients).

With announcing the Offer on the webpage of the Bank on 20.03.2020, the offer shall be deemed as submitted to all clients.

Should the client refuse the proposed Offer on Suspension of Repayment of Liabilities and wish to continue regular repayment of credit liabilities, within 10 days following announcement of the present offer (up to 30.03.2020), the client is obligated to address the Bank solely in one of the following manners:

Due to the declared COVID-19 pandemic and emergency state in our country, and in line with the recommendations of the World Health Organisation, we do not recommend visiting Bank’s branches, unless if necessary.

If within 10 days from announcing this Offer you do not refuse it, the Offer shall be deemed accepted.

For a more facilitated understanding of the Offer, we inform Clients of the following circumstances that arise by accepting the offer:

Acceptance of offer does not prevent the Client to repay liabilities towards the Bank in line with own abilities.
